Do you charge a service fee?
Yes, and it is shown as a separate line on your quotation before you commit. Enquiries and quotations are free.
Do you charge GST?
No. We are not registered under GST, so we do not collect it and cannot issue a GST invoice. Worth knowing if your business claims input credit.
Can you guarantee a visa?
No. Granting a visa is the decision of the destination country and no agent can influence it. What we can do is make sure your application is complete and correctly filed.
Should I book flights before my visa is approved?
No. We provide held reservations that satisfy consular requirements, and ticket once the visa is granted.
